By accessing or using any services provided by MeshDevs (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
MeshDevs offers digital services including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
Business and AI automation
CRM and client communication systems
Consultation and strategy services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time without notice.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
Cooperate with our team during project planning, implementation, and revisions
Make payments on time as per your selected service package or agreement
Use our services in accordance with applicable laws and ethical business practices
All payments are due as outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party fees (e.g., advertising spend, software subscriptions) are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included.
All content created by MeshDevs (e.g., websites, graphics, copy) remains the intellectual property of MeshDevs until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for licensed or open-source components which are subject to their own terms.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary methods or materials without our written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, financial, or operational information shared during the engagement, unless required by law or with prior written consent.
While we strive to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search rankings, revenue increases).
You acknowledge that service performance may depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, CRM software) which we do not control.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (typically 14 days unless otherwise stated in the contract).
Upon termination:
Outstanding payments are due immediately
MeshDevs may cease all active work and access to services
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event will MeshDevs be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client within the last 3 months of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
